What we collect
- Form submissions: name, company, email, phone, project details, and any message you send.
- Calls via CallRail: caller phone number, time/date, duration, basic call metadata, and call recordings (we announce recording at the start of the call).
- Attribution/technical data (CallRail): basic device/browser info, referring page/UTM, and first-party cookies used for call tracking (dynamic number insertion). We do not collect precise location or sensitive personal information.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, provide quotes, schedule work, and deliver customer service.
- To keep records of communications and understand which ads/pages generate calls and leads (attribution).
- To prevent spam/fraud and maintain the security of our systems.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising. We disclose information only to service providers that help us run our business, such as:
- CallRail (call routing, recording, and attribution)
- Our website, email, and file-storage providers
Service providers may only use information to perform services for us and must protect it.
Cookies & tracking
CallRail uses first-party cookies/local storage to attribute calls to site visits (e.g., showing a tracking phone number). You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not function without them.
Call recording
We record some calls for quality and training. We announce recording at the start of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, please tell the agent, hang up, or contact us by email or our web form instead.
Data retention
- Call recordings: retained for 36 months then deleted.
- Lead records (forms/call logs): retained for 36 months (or as long as needed to serve you), then deleted or archived.
We may keep records longer if required by law or to resolve disputes. Adjust these periods to match your actual practice.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. Access is limited to personnel who need it for their job.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing clint@casldar.com
- To avoid call recording, use email or our web form instead of calling, or tell the agent you do not consent to recording.
Children
Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” shows the latest version. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
